Refund policy

POLICIES 

• All sales are final at TagTheLabel. Once the order placed it cannot be cancelled.

 

• We don’t offer Returns/Refund Or Exchange.

 

• Size Exchange is currently unavailable but we do customise the size & leave enough margins for alterations.

 

• Once the order is placed we are unable to make any style/size or address change.

 

• In case your parcel shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please let us know within 24hrs, after that we won’t be able to escalate the issue to the shipping partner.

 

• If you have received a wrong/defective item, please send us pictures within 24 hours of receiving the product, we will provide an exchange. Make sure all tags are intact.

STEPS FOR SIZE CUSTOMISATION

• You can write in your measurements under the size customisation box provided on each item.

 

• We offer size customisation and minor length adjustments.

 

• The style of the product cannot be changed.
